Shape & Size

Provide drawings or dimensions — custom cutting available for rectangular, circular, arc, hole, and irregular shapes.

Optical Simulation

Based on LED strip position and chip parameters, dot layout is simulation-optimized to guarantee uniform illumination across the whole panel.

Full Assembly Delivery

Can be delivered as a complete backlight assembly with diffuser plates, reflective film, and LED strips.

Usage & Installation Notes

Surface Protection

Each panel ships with PE protective film on both sides. Do not peel it off before installation to avoid scratches, dust adhesion, or fingerprints during handling and assembly — remove the film only after installation is complete.

Installation Environment

Suitable for dry indoor environments. Avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity, rain, strong corrosive agents, or intense direct sunlight, which can cause moisture deformation and accelerated aging.

Designed for side-lit (edge-lit) LED backlight configurations.

Assembly & Alignment

Ensure the LED strip sits flush and aligned with the light-entry edge of the plate — no tilting, gaps, or compression — to avoid optical defects such as dark edges, bright edges, or discontinuous light output.

Cleaning Method

Wipe the surface gently with a lint-free soft cloth. Do NOT use alcohol, thinner, or strong acid/alkali solvents, which may corrode or fog the surface and reduce light transmittance.

Intended Use

This is an indoor commercial backlight panel — not explosion-proof or outdoor-rated. Never use it in flammable/explosive environments or extreme industrial high/low-temperature scenarios.
