How do you ship, and what about after-sales support?
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, air freight, and sea freight with export-grade shock-proof, moisture-proof packaging. Every order is backed by a 2–5 year warranty and responsive after-sales support until the goods are safely in your hands.
Which certifications do your products hold?
Our manufacturing is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and products carry CE, RoHS, ERP, UKCA, and IEC 62471 photobiological safety certifications — ensuring smooth market access across the EU, UK, and worldwide.
What is the typical lead time?
Samples: 3–7 working days. Mass production: 7–15 working days depending on quantity and complexity. Urgent projects can be expedited — simply share your deadline and we'll plan the schedule backward from it.
Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes — sample confirmation is a mandatory step in our workflow. We produce and ship the first article for your verification, and once approved it becomes the quality benchmark for mass production. Sample fees are refundable on bulk orders.
What materials are available for light guide plates?
We work with premium Mitsubishi PMMA (acrylic) for top optical uniformity, and cost-effective PS (polystyrene) for large-format advertising lightboxes. Thickness options range from 2 mm to 10 mm.
Can you produce custom sizes and shapes?
Yes. Every LGP can be cut to any dimension — round, arc, ring, and irregular outlines are all achievable with laser cutting and CNC processing. Send your drawings (AI / CAD / PDF) and we'll confirm feasibility within 24 hours.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard light guide plates, MOQ starts from just 10 pieces. For fully customized projects, we welcome low-volume trial orders — tell us about your project stage and we'll propose a flexible solution.
